Billy was found in the county and was left to fend for himself in this cold weather. Hard to believe that someone would just let this poor little guy go and not even care. There are some cruel people in this world. Billy is less than a year old and appears to be in good health. He loves to play with the other dogs at the pound and is very friendly. Billy is a mixed breed but not real sure what he is mixed with. Billy can be seen at the shelter on Thursdays 12p-1p and on Saturdays 9a-10a or by appt. by calling (419) 523-8617 and leave a message. BILLY DOES NOT HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT AT THE SHELTER BEFORE HIS TIME IS UP!! HELP SAVE A DOGS LIFE!!!!
